Terms for using ChinaValidate

These terms describe how customers may use ChinaValidate, what our company reports are intended to do, and how paid digital services are delivered.

Last updated: June 9, 2026

1. Service overview

ChinaValidate provides business verification tools for overseas buyers reviewing Chinese companies. The service may include company search, company profile access, English translations, saved checks, automated reports, PDF downloads, and optional analyst review.

ChinaValidate is intended for business due diligence support. It is not legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, a credit rating, or a consumer reporting product.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Email verification may be required before searches, paid checkout, report delivery, or support actions.
  • We may suspend or restrict accounts that misuse the service, attempt abuse, or violate these terms.

3. Company searches and reports

Search results and reports depend on the company name, Unified Social Credit Code, or other input supplied by the customer and on information returned by available registry data providers. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct company before ordering a paid report.

Reports may include English translations, AI-assisted summaries, and deterministic risk rules based on captured company data. These outputs are designed to support business review and should be checked against contracts, invoices, supplier documents, and internal approval policies.

4. Payments

  • Paid products are shown on the Pricing page before checkout.
  • Payments are processed through PayPal unless another payment method is offered.
  • Report generation or credit delivery starts only after payment is confirmed.
  • Prices may change for future purchases, but completed orders remain tied to the price shown at checkout.

5. Digital delivery

Detail credits are delivered to the customer account after payment confirmation. Paid reports are generated online and may include a downloadable PDF when the report is ready. Report records may be retained in the customer account for future access.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use ChinaValidate for unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or abusive purposes.
  • Do not use reports as the sole basis for legal, credit, investment, employment, insurance, or consumer eligibility decisions.
  • Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service without written permission.
  • Do not attempt to bypass payment, quota, rate limit, security, or access controls.

7. Accuracy and availability

We aim to provide clear and useful company verification information, but public records, third-party APIs, translations, and automated summaries may contain delays, omissions, or errors. The service is provided on an as-available basis and may be interrupted for maintenance, third-party outages, or security reasons.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Customers should contact support before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate the order, delivery record, report state, and payment status.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChinaValidate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a paid order is limited to the amount paid for that order, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
