Terms of Service
Terms for using ChinaValidate
These terms describe how customers may use ChinaValidate, what our company reports are intended to do, and how paid digital services are delivered.
Last updated: July 16, 2026
1. Service overview
ChinaValidate provides business verification tools for overseas buyers reviewing Chinese companies. The service may include company search, company profile access, English translations, saved checks, Advanced AI Reports, and PDF downloads.
ChinaValidate is operated by Sichuan Chuangruan Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our").
ChinaValidate is intended for business due diligence support. It is not legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, a credit rating, or a consumer reporting product.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Email verification may be required before searches, paid checkout, report delivery, or support actions.
- We may suspend or restrict accounts that misuse the service, attempt abuse, or violate these terms.
3. Company searches and reports
Search results and reports depend on the company name, Unified Social Credit Code, or other input supplied by the customer and on information returned by available registry data providers. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct company before ordering a paid report.
Reports may include English translations, AI-assisted summaries, and deterministic risk rules based on captured company data. These outputs are designed to support business review and should be checked against contracts, invoices, supplier documents, and internal approval policies.
4. Payments
Sichuan Chuangruan Technology Co., Ltd. sells ChinaValidate access. Paid plans are purchased as one-time payments through a third-party payment processor. The payment processor handles the payment, while ChinaValidate creates the order, verifies the returned amount and currency, and delivers the prepaid access period.
- The selected plan, access term, price, currency, estimated access dates, and included allowances are shown before checkout.
- Paid access starts only after the order is confirmed.
- By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Refund Policy.
- Prices may change for future purchases, but a completed order keeps the price shown for that order.
5. Prepaid plan periods
- A monthly purchase adds one calendar month of access. An annual purchase adds twelve calendar months of access.
- A month normally runs to the corresponding calendar date in the following month. When that date does not exist, the period ends on the last valid day of that month.
- Repeated purchases of the same plan are added after all existing paid access for that plan.
- An upgrade to a higher plan starts immediately. The unused monetary value of current and scheduled lower-plan access is converted into additional time on the higher plan; unused allowances themselves do not transfer.
- Downgrades during paid access are not offered. A lower plan may be purchased after all current paid access ends.
- Allowances reset each calendar month during monthly and annual access. Unused allowances do not roll over to the next monthly allowance cycle.
6. Digital delivery
Prepaid access is activated online after order confirmation. Advanced AI Reports are generated online and may include a downloadable PDF when ready. Report records may be retained in the customer account for future access.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use ChinaValidate for unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or abusive purposes.
- Do not use reports as the sole basis for legal, credit, investment, employment, insurance, or consumer eligibility decisions.
- Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service without written permission.
- Do not attempt to bypass payment, rate limit, security, or access controls.
8. Accuracy and availability
We aim to provide clear and useful company verification information, but public records, third-party APIs, translations, and automated summaries may contain delays, omissions, or errors. The service is provided on an as-available basis and may be interrupted for maintenance, third-party outages, or security reasons.
9. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Customers should contact support before opening a payment dispute so the order, payment, access period, allowance use, and delivery record can be investigated. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChinaValidate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a paid order is limited to the amount paid for that order, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
