What can I verify?
Standard Chinese VAT ordinary and special invoices, including their electronic and fully digital versions. Retail receipts, toll invoices, vehicle invoices and air or rail tickets are not supported. PDF upload has been tested; OFD will be enabled after validation.
How are checks counted?
A match, mismatch or no-record result uses one check. Invalid input, unsupported invoices and system errors do not. Recent identical checks are reused for 10 minutes; Check again explicitly starts a new check.
How long is my file kept?
Invoice details are sent to our verification provider for this check. Only your account can access the record. Original files are removed 24 hours after completion, and invoice contents after 90 days. A private draft saved before checkout expires after 2 hours.
